Customer Reviews
Quick scooter trip
Needed a quick way to get across town. Used Voi e-scooter. App was fast. Scooter worked well. Arrived on time. No issues. Easy to park. Good experience.
Convenient but sometimes hard to find
I tried Voi's e-bike rental for the first time last month. It was pretty convenient for a quick commute to work when I missed my bus. The bike itself was well-maintained and the ride was comfortable. My main issue was finding an available bike close to my home during peak hours; I had to walk a bit further than I wanted a couple of times. The pricing for the minute bundles felt fair, and ending the ride in the designated spots was simple. Good overall, just wish there were more bikes in my immediate area sometimes.
Good for quick city travel
I used Voi for a few days during my trip to Lisbon. The app was pretty straightforward to download and set up my payment. I got the 24 hour pass, which worked well for getting around to different sights without constantly having to find a taxi or metro. The scooters themselves were in decent condition, though one I picked up had a slightly wobbly handlebar. Ending rides was easy in designated parking zones, which the app clearly showed. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about a parking zone. Overall, a solid service for short-distance city navigation.
Fun ride, easy to use
Grabbed an e-scooter with Voi last weekend to zip around the park. It was super fun! The app was easy to figure out, and finding a scooter nearby was no problem. Just scanned it and off I went. The ride was smooth, and it felt pretty safe. Definitely beat walking everywhere. Will use them again for sure when I'm out and about.
